Adoption Application

Thank you for your interest in one of our foster pets!  In order to find the best possible homes for our animals, we ask that you meet these minimum requirements. Filling out an application does not mean an automatic adoption. If you have any questions or concerns, please ask a volunteer at an adoption event or send an email.     Requirements:

    1. Be at least 21 years old with a valid ID containing current address.

    2. Pay an adoption fee-please check Petfinder writeup.  ($50 refund with proof of spay/neuter if dog is not altered prior to adoption).  ($25 refund with proof of spay/neuter if cat is not altered prior to adoption).

    3. Have consent of adoption from all adults living in the household.

    4. Be able to make a lifetime commitment to the new pet.

    5. Meet outlined requirements for new pet.

    Please check your email frequently during this process. Our Rescue is 100% volunteer based and many work full time jobs. Phone calls aren’t always possible and email may be their only means of communication.
