GinnyHi!! My name is Ginny and I'm as sweet and fluffy as cotton candy. I'm 7-9 years young and love walks, car rides and food, or I'm content sitting quietly next to you or on your lap. Just as long as I'm with my people. I'm fine with the other dogs, but I'd be content to be an only dog. I ignore the cats, don't chew things up, or get in the garbage. I'm a well-behaved lady. My life must have been pretty bad because I was thin, stiff and nervous and my hair was almost gone when I was rescued. Look at me now. I'm soft and healthy and I jump like a jack in the box when I'm excited. I'm just starting to give kisses. I don't know how to play, but maybe you can teach me. I would like a quieter forever home with someone who would like me to snuggle with them at night. I have a lot of love and devotion to give and would love a companion to teach me that life can be good. Ginny is such a good girl and deserves to be someones pampered pet. Obviously not something she's ever had. She doesn't ask for much, just love and kindness and she will reward you with the most wonderful feeling when she looks at you with her adoring eyes. Applications are approved on the basis of the best and most appropriate home for the animal, NOT on a first come, first serve basis.
********************************************************************************** We show some of our adoptable dogs at PetSmart, Utica, each Saturday between the hours of 11:00am and 3:00pm. Cats typically don't do well at events, so they only attend with a pre-approved meet and greet appointment. If you are interested in a particular pet, we suggest you email: mmarpaws@gmail.com to see if that pet will be there.
Applications are approved on the basis of the best and most appropriate home for the animal, not on a first come, first served basis. On site adoption available to pre-approved applicants only.
Adoption fees go towards vaccines, heartworm prevention/testing, flea/tick prevention, spay/neuter and other medical problems that may arise.
MMAR is an all volunteer, foster based, 501 (c) 3, non profit organization. Without your donation, wonderful pets like these have to be passed by because we cannot afford their care.
