SpenserI'm a super special 4 months old hound mix who's fondest dream is to be somebody's beloved lap dog. However, there might be a few obstacles as I may have a bit of Dane mix and will probably be a pretty big boy and hang over most people's lap, but if you could just see me, I don't think it would matter much, because I am so cute. I am playful, sweet and am used to other dogs. My foster mom thinks I'm precious with my long legs and gangly walk. Someday I'll grow into my body, but for now, I walk kinda funny. I get along in a variety of situations and would make a great addition to most homes. I will need a fenced yard and training because I'm gonna be big. Come on up and lets see if I fit in your lap. ********************************************************************************** We show some of our adoptable dogs at PetSmart, Utica, each Saturday between the hours of 11:00am and 3:00pm. Cats typically don't do well at events, so they only attend with a pre-approved meet and greet appointment. If you are interested in a particular pet, we suggest you email: mmarpaws@gmail.com to see if that pet will be there.
Applications are approved on the basis of the best and most appropriate home for the animal, not on a first come, first served basis. On site adoption available to pre-approved applicants only.
Adoption fees go towards vaccines, heartworm prevention/testing, flea/tick prevention, spay/neuter and other medical problems that may arise.
MMAR is an all volunteer, foster based, 501 (c) 3, non profit organization. Without your donation, wonderful pets like these have to be passed by because we cannot afford their care.
