I'm a 3 y/o tiny Terrier who's very shy because, like Toto in the Wizard of Oz, I'm not in Kansas anymore, so the name kinda stuck. I think it's cute.

I really am scared and shy at first, but when you hold me and I feel safe, then I'm a little cuddle, snuggle bug filled with love.

I will need a home with no small children and someone who has time to spend helping me build my confidence up and letting me know I'm secure. I have so much love to give, please don't let my shyness scare you away. I'm more precious than all the wheat in Kansas.

The adoption fee of $250 includes current vaccines and sterilization.

Applications are approved on the basis of the best and most appropriate home for the animal, NOT on a first come, first serve basis.

We show most of our adoptable pets at PetSmart, Utica, each Saturday from 11 to 3. If you are interested in a particular pet, we suggest you email: mmarpaws@gmail.com to see if that pet will be there.


Applications are approved on the basis of the best and most appropriate home for the animal, not on a first come, first served basis. On site adoption available to pre-approved applicants only.


Adoption fees go towards vaccines, heartworm prevention/testing, flea/tick prevention, spay/neuter and other medical problems that may arise.


MMAR is an all volunteer, foster based, 501 (c) 3, non profit organization. Without your donation, wonderful pets like these have to be passed by because we cannot afford their care.
