My name is Miley and I AM THE PERFECT HOUND. That's what everyone says when they meet me. I am sweet, quiet and serene and bring a soothing calm to your heart when you look into my gentle eyes and rub my soft, silky fur. I am 5 y/o, well trained and lucky to be rescued from a high kill shelter just in time and brought here to find a forever loving home. If you are looking for a different, unique, extraordinary kind of hound, have a fenced yard and kids over 5, come see me. If you can't adopt, would you consider fostering me? I'm no trouble. I keep my area clean and am very affectionate . I have to stay at a kennel because there are no fosters for me right now and I would really love a family of my own. Maybe it's you.

Applications are approved on the basis of the best and most appropriate home for the animal, NOT on a first come, first serve basis.
********************************************************************************** We show some of our adoptable dogs at PetSmart, Utica, each Saturday between the hours of 11:00am and 3:00pm. Cats typically don't do well at events, so they only attend with a pre-approved meet and greet appointment. If you are interested in a particular pet, we suggest you email: mmarpaws@gmail.com to see if that pet will be there.
Applications are approved on the basis of the best and most appropriate home for the animal, not on a first come, first served basis. On site adoption available to pre-approved applicants only.
Adoption fees go towards vaccines, heartworm prevention/testing, flea/tick prevention, spay/neuter and other medical problems that may arise.
MMAR is an all volunteer, foster based, 501 (c) 3, non profit organization. Without your donation, wonderful pets like these have to be passed by because we cannot afford their care.
