Hello, my name is Nogitsune. I am a 5-Year-Old Japanese Shiba Inu. My family named me Nogitsune which means Fox in the Japanese language. Great name don't ya think! You should know that I am a very Sweet, Gentle and Easy Going doggie who will make a GREAT Companion for me.

My AWESOME Personality!
I am a Calm, Gentle and very Sweet Doggie! who can't wait to meet you. My former family said I actually have an Old Soul as I am very Confident, Easy Going and Well Adjusted. I just go with the flow! I am also Affectionate as I love to Cuddle and get lots of Belly Rubs too!

I am a True Gentleman!
My friend Linda who is a Dog Training Instructor was amazed at how Well Behaved I am. You see I Greet people very nicely - all four paws on the floor. I say Hello in a Calm, Confident manner. I am also very Quiet and Well Behaved in my home. I am a True Gentleman who can't wait to Steal Your Heart away with my Charm.

I LOVE to go for Car Rides!
My former family said that I am very Good in the car. I hang out in the Back Seat and a few minutes into the ride I Curl Up and Sleep in the back seat. I just lay back and enjoy the adventure with my family.

I am a Smart Doggie!
My former family did a good job at starting my obedience training. I know the Sit, Down and Come commands. I also respond well to verbal corrections, and I am Housetrained and Crate Trained as well . Oh, you should also know that I Walk Nicely on leash - isn't that great news! We can go for walks together!! Doesn't that sound like FUN!

My Fun Side!
Yes, I am a true Gentleman, but you should know that I have a Fun Side too! I like to play Fetch with my toys. I also like to play Tug with my family. Come on....don't you want to play a game of fetch with me??

Are YOU the Right Family for ME?
I am looking for a very Loving family who will appreciate my Good Looks, Medium Size, Well Behaved Nature, Calm Spirit and Affectionate Personality! I LOVE PEOPLE, but will do best in a home with Adults and/or Children Over 5 Years or age. This is because I do not like getting my tail or ears pulled - I am gentle, and want to be handled gently. I am GREAT with Other Dogs, and probably would be find with Cats. I have lived with a Big Dog before, but have never lived with a Cat before.

I am a Healthy Doggie!
I am a very healthy doggie who currently weighs 35 Pounds. I am full grown, but need to lose about 5 pounds. Come on...we can take walks together and I will lose the weight in no time. I am up to date on my vaccinations, I have had a fecal and heartworm screening too. I am also already Neutered and Microchipped too. I am all set to live a healthy life with YOU!

My Sad Story!
My family is very sad to have to find me another home. You see they are losing their house, and have to move to no pet housing. I don't know what that means, but it makes me sad that I won't be living with them. I can only hope to get a Second Chance at LOVE. Won't you open your heart and home up to me???
