+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Pepper is a 15 month old (BD 12-7-2014) 50 pound, beautiful Brindle & White BullTerrier Mix who is hopefully waiting to find a forever home. She's funny, loyal and is eager to please her people.   She was sitting in a South Carolina shelter with a crushed leg and No hope until one of our volunteers got involved and arranged for doctors to see her, fundraisers for surgery and finally transport to Michigan to find a new home.   Pepper is healing, (has to take it easy for awhile) and is a happy, active youngster who is super smart, very treat motivated and learns new things at warp speed. She knows multiple commands like sit, stay, shake, waits at the door on command and she loves to play fetch.    Pepper is crate trained, doesn't make messes, walks good on a leash, gets along with most other dogs and we don't know about cats. She likes to play rough so would do best with children over 6. A fenced in yard is needed. The family that adopts her will be getting a wonderful, loyal, loving and funny companion. Applications are approved on the basis of the best and most appropriate home for the animal, not on a first come, first served basis. On site adoption available to preapproved applicants only. Adoption Fees *Senior: 9 & up  $100-$175 *Adult: 2-8          $250 *Young adult: 6 months to 2 years $275 *Puppies:  6 weeks to 6 months  $300   Adoption fees go towards vaccines, heartworm prevention/testing, flea/tick prevention, spay/neuter and other medical problems that may arise.
