+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Skippy is a sweet, happy, 5 y/o male Shih Tzu-Yorkie with an adorable snaggle-tooth smile who loves to give kisses and hugs and get snuggles and belly rubs. He gets along with other small dogs and cats, but not so much with larger dogs. He can be snappy when he's scared or doesn't want to do something, so a home without small children would be best. Skippy is a devoted companion and will bark and cry when his person leaves him. Skippy will need a family that can devote time to his separation fears and provide basic obedience training to help build his confidence. He's eager to please and appears to be a quick learner, so with love and attention he should be a super star. He's working on his potty training and keeps his area clean at the kennel. We would love to see him in his forever home with a fenced yard and a devoted, loving family with plenty of lap space for him to sit on. Come on up and meet him. Applications are approved on the basis of the best and most appropriate home for the animal, not on a first come, first served basis. On site adoption available to preapproved applicants only. Adoption Fees *Senior : 9 & up $100-$175 *Adult : 2-8 $250 *Young adult: 6 months to 2 years $275 *Puppies: 6 weeks to 6 months $300 Adoption fees go towards vaccines, heartworm prevention/testing, flea/tick prevention, spay/neuter and other medical problems that may arise.
