She has been with us for way too long & we don't understand why. You couldn't ask for a sweeter girl. She's great with kids, loyal, loving, and quite the funny character. She loves stuffed animals, long walks and plenty of petting and attention time. She's a happy, happy girl and will put a smile on your face everytime you see her. She just loves everyone. She looks up at you with a smile, just wanting to please you. She loves playing in the yard and gets running so fast you can't help but laugh. She rolls on her back for any reason for belly rubs and she snorts and grunts in total contentment. She's not great with other dogs and needs to be an only dog, but you couldn't ask for a better solo dog. After having Deuter, you wouldn't need another dog. She will keep you endlessly entertained. Probably best to go to a no cats household too. Deuter is REALLY missing a family and home because her family moved and couldn't take her with them. She had a foster, but family obligations has put her back at the kennel. If you have a physical fenced yard (after all Deuter is part Beagle) and room in your home for one great dog come on up and meet her. She's a true gem. She has to stay at the kennel. Applications are approved on the basis of the best and most appropriate home for the animal, not on a first come, first served basis. On site adoption available to preapproved applicants only. Adoption Fees *Senior : 9 & up $100-$175 *Adult : 2-8 $250 *Young adult: 6 months to 2 years $275 *Puppies: 6 weeks to 6 months $300 Adoption fees go towards vaccines, heartworm prevention/testing, flea/tick prevention, spay/neuter and other medical problems that may arise.
