She looks like a thorough bred when she's running in the yard. Veronica is good natured and very shy and needs lots of reassurance and TLC to bring her out of her shell. You will not meet a nicer dog. She will be a great companion in a variety of loving families. Because she is so shy and a stray, she will need a physical fence and lots of training and socializing but is well worth the time, love and patience. If you are interested in meeting a super model Hound, then come on up to Petsmart, Utica most Saturdays from 11 am to 3 pm. Applications are approved on the basis of the best and most appropriate home for the animal, not on a first come, first served basis. On site adoption available to pre-approved applicants only. Adoption Fees Senior : 9 & up $100-$175 Adult : 2-8 $250 Young adult: 6 months to 2 years $275 Puppies: 6 weeks to 6 months $300 Adoption fees go towards vaccines, heartworm prevention/testing, flea/tick prevention, spay/neuter and other medical problems that may arise.
