His owner had to go away and couldn't take Snowball, so now he needs a home as full of love as he is. He is the perfect houseguest. He's quiet, well behaved, gets along with the other dogs and the cats. He loves everybody. Eagerly awaits walks and car rides and, in general is the best boy in the world. Snowball is a special needs sweetheart and has to take insulin twice a day, which is not difficult or very expensive. About $25 a month. He's worth 100 times that, and he has a sponsee who will cover the first 3 months of insulin. Applications are approved on the basis of the best and most appropriate home for the animal, not on a first come, first served basis. On site adoption available to pre-approved applicants only. Adoption Fees Senior : 9 & up $100-$175 Adult : 2-8 $250 Young adult: 6 months to 2 years $275 Puppies: 6 weeks to 6 months $300 Adoption fees go towards vaccines, heartworm prevention/testing, flea/tick prevention, spay/neuter and other medical problems that may arise.
