He's your typical Cocker Spaniel all fluffy bouncy, merry, happy go lucky, tail wagger, wiggle butt, , big kisser with floppy ears and the sweetest disposition of any dog around. This 7 month old, beyond cute, Chocolate Cocker Spaniel is well on his way to being a major heart stealer. He seems to get along with other dogs but he is an attention hog, so some dogs might not like that. He wants to play with the cats, even if they don't, and his love for people is beyond explaining. Bernie walks pretty good on his leash and is working on his potty training. He will need someone who has plenty of time to spend with him and training him to be the best he can be. He is eager to please, but his attention span is short as he's still a puppy. This boy will need an active home and no long periods alone. Cockers don't do well without their people. If you have time and love to give this very special boy, a fenced yard and kids over 5, you must meet this special boy. He will be at PetSmart, Utica most Saturdays from 11 am to 3 pm. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ We show most of our adoptable pets at PetSmart, Utica, each Saturday from 11 to 3. Applications are approved on the basis of the best and most appropriate home for the animal, not on a first come, first served basis. On site adoption available to pre-approved applicants only. Adoption Fees Senior : 9 & up $100-$175 Adult : 2-8 $250 Young adult: 6 months to 2 years $275 Puppies: 6 weeks to 6 months $300 Adoption fees go towards vaccines, heartworm prevention/testing, flea/tick prevention, spay/neuter and other medical problems that may arise.
