Making Miracles would like to present to you Wilma, The Wonder dog. Wilma was was wandering as a stray with her pregnant friend, Wanda, and the situation was getting crucial. Wanda was heavily pregnant and couldn't travel much further, so Wilma, heroically climbed a deer blind and kept barking until someone came. The rest is history. Wanda gave birth a few days later to 8 healthy pups (soon to be available for adoption, more info later) and Wilma went to the shelter. MMAR couldn't leave such a hero at the shelter and pulled her out and promised her a a brand new and happy life. Wilma is a sweet, happy, friendly small (35 lbs), sleek, beautiful, black 1 y/o Boston Terrier, American Staffordshire. She has a happy smile for all, loves people and just wants a loving home. She keeps her kennel clean and is starting to be curious about the other animals. Not sure how she will be with other dogs. This is one incredible girl and she deserves an incredible family with a physical fenced in yard and a family that has time and love to share with her. Come see this truly magnificent sweetheart at Petsmart, Utica most Saturdays from 11 am until 3 pm. If you can't adopt right now, how about fostering her. Applications are approved on the basis of the best and most appropriate home for the animal, not on a first come, first served basis. On site adoption available to pre-approved applicants only. Adoption Fees *Senior : 9 & up $100-$175 *Adult : 2-8 $250 *Young adult: 6 months to 2 years $275 *Puppies: 6 weeks to 6 months $300 Adoption fees go towards vaccines, heartworm prevention/testing, flea/tick prevention, spay/neuter and other medical problems that may arise.
