Peanut is a female, 6 years old, maybe 15 pounds, loves hiding and doing her own thing as she's a bit timid but adores whoever takes care of her. So much so that she doesn't understand how to handle pets and flips and flops all over the floor in excitement. Due to circumstances beyond control of losing an elderly caretaker these kitties had to move to a situation where allergies are making it a not permanent solution. We would love to find them a new home or homes. Again they do not have to go to the same home as they are pretty independent of one another. A home without young children would and large windows would be best for them. We show most of our adoptable pets at PetSmart, Utica, each Saturday from 11 to 3. Applications are approved on the basis of the best and most appropriate home for the animal, not on a first come, first served basis. On site adoption available to pre-approved applicants only. Adoption Fees - Senior : 9 years & up $100-$250 (Price depends on individual circumstances) - Adult : 3 years to 8 years $325 - Young adult : 6 months to 2 years $350 - Puppy : 6 weeks to 6 months $375 -Cats/kittens $100 Adoption fees go towards vaccines, heartworm prevention/testing, flea/tick prevention, spay/neuter and other medical problems that may arise.
